RF900R S model (1995, first registered 1996)

NZ/Aus model - speedo in km/h

Yoshi muffler
Pack rack

I've owned this bike since 2003 and it has been a great sports-tourer and sentimental favourite, but it's time to sell!

It is in tidy condition, with the fairings showing the expected signs of wear associated with the mileage.

The engine runs well and the cam chain was replaced in February.
I also just replaced the front brake discs with low mileage genuine Suzuki discs.
I rebuilt the clutch (new steels and friction discs) about two years ago.

WoF expires November 2008
Reg expires October 2008

A great buy for somebody looking for a bike that will do everything from touring with a pillion to weekend rides on the back roads.

I very recently sold my almost identical RF900 (a 94 model) with the same sort of mileage. I sold it for the asking price of $4200. When the chap was in my driveway about to roar off on his new beastie he laughed & said thanks for the bargin of the century, he was stoked with the bike for that price, he reckoned it was the best value for money bike on the market.........and guess what......he was right. You won't find a better bike in this price range, not even close!!!

Good luck with the sale Mac, you shouldn't need it at that price :niceone:

So... does this mean you might be thinking about considering maybe trading up to a 1250? :spudwhat:

BTW - I have summat in my cupboard for you - perhaps we could meet and you could swap it for a DVD?
