I'm intrigued with the buy back and get another brand bike that's been bandied about. Seems Duck's are not what they're cracked up to be looking at what others that have had issues with. Maybe another manufacturer should step in and give monstaman a replacement. Would be a good publicity stunt.

I wonder if Linda Blair has any contacts that could help this guy. Sounds like he's getting a bit of a rough deal.

I think the MH900e series was built under contract by Bimota staff, most those guys were probably wondering where there next pay check would be coming from with Bimota in receivership at the time. Have to be concerned why he keeps blowing the dash, surely you would be looking at the cause of these failures rather than keeping replacing the dash. Where would he be getting his bike serviced, would it be Dunedin or here in Christchurch?

Funny you should say that. I think HD have a pretty big stake in Ducati.

That's really bad PR, service, etc. I can't imagine many other manufacturers allowing this sort of carry on to continue.

I heard a similar claim. About 3-4 months back. Could it be true. After all it was Cagiva bought Ducati a while back. [Conspiracy hat on] Wouldn't surprise me if some backdoor shuffling is going on- http://biz.yahoo.com/ic/57/57328.html
