This is how the Arthurs to Porters Passes looked today. I shot these from the car, I was returning from a trip to see my family in Franz Josef. The weather was great in the middle, but wet on the Coast. Nice bit of motorcycling country me thinks.

Yeah, hehe...I was transporting some furniture for my daughter, I know what ya mean Dan, I was cursing about being warm and dry and listening to my favourite cds instead of being out in the elements on the K6. Ive done that road a zillion times on the bike and always enjoy it immensely. Evey now and then you come across a cop lookin to hunt ya down...sorta ruins the experience a little, but most of the time its great.
