Rear shock for 1997 Honda VTR1000F

Hi all,

Any ideas?

Basically, the bike has been written off by the insurers, and I have negotiated to recover the Öhlins rear shock in return for swapping an original shock - trouble is, I need to find one fairly quickly...:sweatdrop

I have emailed some wreckers, so I thought I'd try the KB network next...

^^ Thanks FJ. You're probably getting at the shitness of the OEM shock. Quite right. Given the shitfight I've had with teh claims officer, it was sorely tempting.

Have found a stupidly priced shock from a wreckers now, and will have it fitted in the interests of a speedy settlement.
