Shaun

I am just back on here to say THANKS, and Bye:Punk:

Thanks to all that helped me and family out, it was and is trully appreciated.

Yea, I have got on here, and said some very strange things over the last few months, a lot of that has been to do with my head injury, and some of it has come from not dealing with the injury as well as I could have:done: as well as other out side matters.

In the last 2 weeks, things have changed so much in my life, that I feal like the OLD Shaun again, and I will be restarting my life again, in the engineering sector of working again, NOT IN THE BIKE INDUSTRY AT ALL!

So, Thankyou one and all for your help, and if I owe any apologies to any one on this site, SORRY.

I am now just Shaun Harris again, and KNOW NOTHING, it has been a lot of fun helping people out on this site, but NOW is time for me to move on, and finish growing up again.

Catck ya all in the soup:2guns:

Cheers Shaun.I always read your posts with interest even while not agreeing with what you were saying at times.Hopefully you'll come back when you get your head sorted and judging by some other's posts you aren't the only one on here with "head problems"

Good to know that things are moving on for you mate. It's a shame that you won't be working in the bike industry anymore, but they have a habit of dragging people back eh. Hope we still see you around giving advice and things like that. Be a shame to lose all that knowledge and such a colourful personality from bikes.

great, who else does bike suspension then ?

DBAye. Just when I am looking for getting help adjusting the suspension on the new bike. First time I have had a bike with fully adjustable suspension and I have no idea what I am doing. I don't want ta get aftermark suspension. Just want ta get the suspension it has set up as best as it can for me by someone that does know want they are doing. That Would have been you Shaun, but do understand not wanting ta mix ya work with ya sport (it's one of the reasons that as a Farrier I stopped riding horses).

Robert Taylor here in New PlymouthYer but can I get him just ta set the Factory fitted Suspension. Don't need ta go ta Olins for type of riding I'm doing on a Bike that is last years model.

Hey RIB, no problem getting Robert to set up your stock suspension. He is an A grade Motorcycle mechanic, has been National Technical manager in the past for Moller Yamaha, and is very approachable.
You've got every option open to you with him, from sorting the optimal adjustment of your stock components, modifying your stock gear, revalving your stock gear, or replacing it with top shelf stuff.
The other member of the team at CKT is Dennis Shaw, also a highly experienced technician.
You don't have to be a gun racer to use Robert's services... he's been customising suspension for Gassit Girl and me for years, and we're just average road riders.
Give him a hoi, I'm sure he'll be able to help you out without leaving you in the "fiscally embarrassed" scenario
