Good punishment for taggers?

What do you think a good punishment for taggers would be? How do we stop the little c*nts? I propose we chop off four fingers every time theyr'e caught, and they are given a lifetime refusal of any government assistance. :stoogie:

Why stop at taggers? All criminal behaviour needs to be dealt with more 'effectively'.
I realise that tagging is often the start of worse things to come, and that Mayor Guiliano's Broken Windows policy worked quite well so perhaps harsh nipping in the bud is the answer.
Maybe the public could be assured of no consequences for the likes of that chap currently facing a murder charge?

Having said that. My mate has a "catch and release" policy. He caught two of the yoofs then started on a dual beating. Then he made them clean up the graffiti with their shirts. After their second beatings, they made a getaway.

First offence, paint it off using paint paid for from there pockets (this will be repainting the entire fence etc so theres no odd colour patchs) and financial reperation.
Second offence, same as first and then break there thumbs, (dont need to get too brutal and start taking fingers off to start with, broken thumbs will do the same)
Third offence, same as first offences and being put in stocks in prision during rec time

I went to Mardi Gras in New Orleans a few years ago. Pretty much anything goes, eg, sex in public, naked women, total drunkeness, cops generally look away. But, if you piss in public, they take your shirt off, make you clean it up, put your shirt back on and you go to jail for three nights. No exceptions. Done it.................to my own son.

He wasn't tagging other people's property, but wasting my paint on his practice sessions on my sheets of ply etc. I asked him nicely several times not to but to no avail.

Came home from work one morning to find some more of his handiwork in the garage. Picked up the paint can, went upstairs, opened the toilet door, and bombed him while he was "on the job".

Childish I know, but it hasn't happened since.

Make them clean their messes up, scrubbing brush, appropriate cleaning agents all paid for by themselves, and if they don't do it the work can be done by a contractor, and paid for through the enforced selection and sale of goods from the tagger's premis.

If they're unfortunate enough not to own enough stuff then they get chain gang work, paid at a lowly rate, wearing bright orange, in public (must be in public).
