CHCH People help please (need spedo cable)

Im after a broken spedo square drive cable that i can weld to my half broken spedo cable. Anyone got one just sitting there they are gonna chuck out or wanna flick off fairly cheaply.would be nice to hear from ya.

I've probably got a bit you can try I'll have a look but I don't think it will work
Spinning and flexing could be difficult with a solid section but I'm interested in seeingn the result in practice.

Have you thought of just buying a new one, or even a s/hand one? Or are they unavailable? What model bike is it for?

Find r2 enterprises in phone book, call them, say skidmark sent ya.

Generally a wholesaler but might have to go through a bike sho pt o get it, but at least you will know if they have it, one out of prettymuch any bike will fit, all much of a muchness so to speak.

oh sorry for got to mention it was a rev counter cable it has a pronged end at one and a square end at the other. bike shops/wholesalers don't stock them, but all i need is another broken off square end so i can weld them together to form a long enough piece

Just go to Parrots on St Asaph st, they manufacture them.

Try Cycletreads. They have a whole heap of odds and ends out the back of their store.

I got my last cable from there.
