Not only that but Scott Columb had a 9th and a 7th. Promising.
This experience for him would have to make him a contender for reserve in the MX of Nations later on.

Here's hopeing aye Scott, his last result was definately better than previous meetings. Would be pretty awesome to see him turn it all around and start kicking some arse.

Well its not the World Champs but its a step in the right direction. Only one way he can go I would think, faster and smarter. If he wins the World Championship this year he will have had to put the work in after such a poor start to the season. Heres hoping he can do it.

It's great news Josh seems to have found his groove again. If it's been disheartening to watch/follow, it must be incredibly frustrating for him trying to slot back into it. At that level the mental side of it is everything (notwithstanding the recent 'bones sticking out of toes episode' of course. He's tough alright). He seemed to be worryingly interested in talking about what he might do after his racing career in a couple of interviews recently?
Good stuff for Scott Columb as well. That's an amazing leap up. His family run the bike/quad hire outfit in Queenstown, and his older brother Lachie is a very handy rider too. Did half a day on a DRZ experiencing the some of Central's unique terrain a couple of years ago. Not a cheap day but well worth it for an unforgetable experience. I just had to get another dirt bike after that.
BTW nice work recently at 2 Man KTMboy.
