Hey Nasty, I've been trying to get a few guys together from Wellington but more and more of the people I've asked are pulling due to prior to commitments.

We were planning on leaving a little later - around 9:30am to be up there by 11.00am.

Griffin from the forums I believe is another keen Wellingtonian. I'm waiting to hear back from 3 more people from my work with bikes - 3 have already said no.

Chanceyy's going to hate us ... coz we have to bail due to the weather and sickness.

Nasty and I have both had 3 days off this week, she has gone back to work but I need yet another sickie day - this is a foul foul sickness. Checking the Wx for either the 'Rapa or Horoewhenua & Manawatu just shows winds, wet and low temps. It's just dodgy for us to be out in it.

Guys, from experience all one of you has to do is make a time and place and everyone will hook into that. It'll work since so many of you have contemplated it. I notice that unrealone in post#2 has 3 mates from work interested as well .... that could make 7-8 at least. Since it's a cruise up SH1, Sinful might join you at 10 at Otaki ... just put a stake in the ground, it'll work.

Why not say 9:30 at Kapiti Mobil (Paraparaumu lights) and that should give everyone a target that will easily get you to Palmy by 11:00 for a latte.
