Stolen scooters in Welly!

Thought I'd share what I heard on the radio this morning...

"14 scooters reported stolen over the last 2 weeks in Wellington, as opposed to the usual 2-3. Scoots are being scraped for parts or 're-branded' and sold on"

So yeah... Maybe make your scooters extra secure for the time being as it seems that petrol prices are turning people into criminals, or directing what criminals are aiming for.
