Going to be looking at some 2-piece leathers pretty soon and was wondering if anyone had some suggested brands that they have had experience with?
Looking to spend sub $700 if I can.
Thanks in advance!
Choco.

Yep, Quasi's good.
Also lifestyle imports on TradeMe does some wicked jackets and a good price, Todd and I both have one of their jackets. Spool seems to be one to avoid, stitches ripping and what not..
Also DriRider apparently isn't very Dri at all.
Just go to CycleTreads and try on, everything!

Yeah planning on a trip to cycletreads to find what size I'm looking at. I've seen the Lifestyle stuff but was wondering about quality at that price... might send an email to quasi when I know what sizes i need.
Thanks for the warning about spool too!
Any advice on colours too? What would look good with a white bike (except white leathers :bleh:)

Happy to help you with your budget, ignore the prices on the site as I have a few things here I can help you with. If you feel like a ride come down and see the showroom, the quality wont be comprimised.
cheers

Revit is good if you are a bit shorter. Shift is OK, bit cheaper tho so makes up for it and Dainese/Spidi is just awesome (and expensive).

had many diff brands over the years,
used both Quazzie and Lifestyle, both good prices and quality
in fact my current two piece in made up from quazzie leather pants and sliders
which zip up to a cool Yamaha R leather Jacket supplied by life style imports.
had no problem with either supplier.

Thanks for that FF! If Quasi doesn't have anything for me than I'll probably go with Lifestyle unless I can find something on special :bleh:
Thanks for all your advise guys!

Just as a side note, lifestyle and Quasimoto are in very different leagues in terms of quality.

I would tend to agree with this statement if only from the experience of lifestyles product deteriorating quicker than it should. I don't have Quasi product but others do and it seems to last longer.

Well you watch me crash once a month luv, I've been wearing the same Quasi suit for the past ten slides. Still perfectly serviceable. That's longevity if ya ask me :)
One crash in a Spool suit, stitching literaly fell to bits. Had I slid any further I would have lost a shtload of skin.
