see a few bikes cutting into this market now.
Suzuki Hemisphere?
Yamaha VMAX
Yamaha MT0S / MT01

So when are we seeing the new Suzuki GS1000 Homologation?
Or Moriwaki ZRX1000 Special?

Also here there is a rumor of a new XS1000

My thoughts exactly! I'm especially partial to the red frame for some reason, which is unlike my usual taste. But this one just seem to scream PPHWOAARR!!

I'm not supposed comment in a thread like this and say I'm not that enamoured with it? There are plenty of retro bikes around - just look at our roads these days. They're getting dragged out of sheds and cleaned up for use again.
If you are creating a new bike then why try and make it look old? Sorry, just an opposing view I suppose.

I'm with you here Col, I can't say I like it, looks very much like the retro CB 1300, it'd be really nice if Honda could bring out something new and interesting looking rather than just rehash and put some flashy colours on something old looking. Then again I think the CB1300 retro looks better in the flesh than in photos, so this may too, but I still wouldn't buy one... JMHO.

When I was a young boy, I used to enjoy watching my old man racing his wire-wheeler Katana against the CB1100R's around Pukekohe, so I guess it's a bit of nostalgia for me.

Its been around for a while - but no further presentations from Honda mean it probably wont be made...

I love it though.... I'd be seriously tempted to get one.

Sorry Honda...

but EWW :Pokey:

It looks too naked. Usually that is a good thing... but for bikes? Naaah

Love naked bikes. That looks OK, a bit too new and old at the same time.

And it's a Honda.

Wish I hadn't sold my ZRX :(

i like it, putting new technology into an older style is cool, its like cars, they just dont make em like they used to but you see stuff from the 1930's in modern cars today, such as white gauges and chrome surrounds etc which was all forgotten for a long time before it came back and everyone was like wow look at that, its so modern!! but there sat granddads 1929 buick with all the chrome and cruise control!!!

Okay it looks stylish for a retro. But what about the frame? It appears a bit flimsy although there is no view under the tank to confirm that.
