Bought a pair of these for our quad at work:woohoo:, certainly worth a look.
light, long, folds up, load over 500kgs, CHEAP:woohoo:.

If you only need one you could, buy the pair and sell one, go halfs with a mate and have one each.
they might make them as singles, i had a blonde day and forgot to ask:Oops:.

we were useing a 6x2 but osh stepped in and said no more 6x2 it had to be an approved loading ramp.
the bonus is that there grippier, lighter and fold up smaller than the 6x2

Used to use a nice piece of ash oak 8x2. Realised the wood was worth more than the ramp, sold the wood got a ramp. It looks cooler and probably works better(way lighter)

Thing i like about it is that its long as in easy to get a V-twin onto the back of a ute without the hassle of front header being a pain in the arse and it folds up.

I rode past the sellers of this product today and could not remember what it is that I wanted to look at there. I was looking at a single ramp in Super Cheap auto, they wanted $168 for one. "Half" of this set would be cheaper.

I might call on them later in the week and see if they will sell them singly.

I'd be very interested. My clubs looking at purchasing a trailer and ramps and all that as part of the membership scheme (recovery vehicle for members).

I'd be curious if its 500kg tolerance using both.. or if it's 500kg tolerance each. Some of these bikes we have are not light!

290mm is just wide enough also lol

Just have to say tough luck to anyone who buys a chopper with a 300 rear. Biggest right now is a 260 lol

the 540 load weight is total weight for the pair,
so only 270kg for a single.

they have got some more heavier duty one's there, but i didn't ask about those.
but there only a phone call away

Bah! 270kg is nearly my bike.

And to be honest I quite like the runged ones because if you get a flat you don't have to push the bike up, you can use the engine to pull the bike up each rung without it sliding back.

Then again if it's your engine that isn't starting, I guess runged would be pretty hard to push a bike up..

Theres been a runged type ramp in the back of my van for the last 3 years . Its had everything from PW80's to FJ1200/ r1100 g's run up it. --No problems at all --maybee the odd creak from the bigger bikes

Big bikes to me are 109Rs, Rocket 3s, and Boss Hosses.. all of which I'd hope to cater for with my bike ramp :P

Well maybe not the Boss Hoss.. would need a crane and a flat bed car tow truck for one of those :D
