For anyone who feels like going for a ride (albeit a very straight boring one from Chch), the first round of The king of Levels is this Saturday 19 July.

Classes that will be competing are:
F1
600 Sports Production
250’s
F3
125’s
Pro Twins
Super Motards
Clubmans
Streetstock
Buckets
And the mighty sidecars come out to play for the first time this season.

Gates open @ 7:20
Practice will start around 10am’ish.

Lots of KB’ers will be racing. So come out and support the guys.

Keep an eye out for the top South Island sidecar, number 27... Ridden by Divvo and passengered (is that a real word hitch?) by Kickaha.

It's ok, they broke down in that one and parked up with some other yellow outfit in the centre

As per usual with the awesome way sidecar people across the country organise themselves there's the real possibility we wont even be racing due to lack of numbers

He's not gay!! He's Bi Dave ..... and there are photos to prove it - somewhere on Sidecar Bob's camera :msn-wink:

Seriously though - hope you guys get the numbers for this weekend. Would be decidedly suckful if you couldn't race.

It didn't, first race was very wet, race two was downgraded to just wet, slicks for the last one as it was just dampish

But overall a pretty good day (well except for the guy who fell off and broke his leg)

sounds just like round 3 of the winter series except the rain only stopped for about 1 race at a time. then the next race was pissing down

Joni

Yeah, was shitty weather but the racing was still great!

K14 was an absolute stunner today... out rode bikes that he should not have in theory! Well done Kirk.

Dieselpig had a pretty crappy day... nevertheless well done Neil! You did what few others would. :wari:

In the sidecars, Divvo and Kick dominated, but that was expected!
