A man on a motorbike in Kakamigahara City knocked down a 15 year old girl, sprayed a substance into her face to immobilise her…. And then stole her UNDERPANTS before riding off.

The victim told police that the man was in his 30s and about 170 cm tall, and wearing a black full-face helmet and black clothes.

Japan has a history around schoolgirl pants – tales abound of machines where you can purchase them and internet sales of the same items. It would appear that now the trend might be taking an even more bizarre twist.
