Do you want to ship locally or international? If international a crate from a dealer won't cut it, you'll need a decent wooden crate and it will need to be ISPM compliant.
The other thing is it will need to be big enough to allow a buffer zone around the bike, just in case.
I recently shipped a bike from the US and purchased one of these crates:

It was a bit expensive (worked out to NZ$780) but then, what's your bike worth?
I would consider selling the crate I used (it was the MC05) if I was made a decent offer.
Otherwise if you can't find what you need it could be worthwhile building a custom crate.

Yeah when I took my 125 to auzzie last year I got a YZF250 crate off the local yamaha shop and rigged it up to fit my 125. Worked pretty sweet. Cost me nothing apart from 2 or 3 hours doing a few small mods to it.
