View Full Version : Men Honestly!
 We decided to buy a juicer the other day. You know the sort of thing, turn fruit and veg into healthy stuff for your body.
We have reduced all sorts of combinations of fruit to pulp and juice, bloody beautiful!
I want to do the veg thing, so got stuck in tonight and made myself a veg delight, bit of an experiment to be fair, but with a bit of salt and a splash of secret ingredient :blip: it is not too bad.
Maha came out to the kitchen for a look see and started giggling like a girl. When he finally settled he wanted to know if I had perfromed liposuction
It did not look that bad honestly

I do not giggle like a girl.......
Scooby Doo sounds nothing like a girl....
All I know is that when you combine carrot/pineapple/Broccoli plus whatever else...the end result is not pretty, I am suprised there was no marmite in it!

I admit it did not look so wonderful in its unstirred state, but it tastes YUM!

Golly mom that juicer story reminds me!
On the 1st of February 1964 I got myself a brand new kitchen utensil with every attachment imaginable.
Attractively designed and well put together too!
Forty four years of solid 24hour daily use and 65 years since it was originally manufactured (during the second world war) and it still works perfectly!
It's still going strong, never misses a beat, has even learned a few new tricks that were not even intended in the original design, scope or purpose.
Wouldn't it be nice if these "appliances" could comprehend and understand just how much we really do value them. John.

The "older" models were always best, if looked after properly... if they are... they do... but tell them anyway...even if you think they're not listening...

So you are doing the dishes by hand then....? :buggerd:
Plus most old dishwashers are not very economical...
You have to stack your dishes for several days before you can do a load.
