That aint very nice.

11 litres is correct. Funnily enough, it'll take you almost twice as far as a 14.5L VRod tank.

Go figure....

Nope, you're wrong mate. It's definitely 11 litres, the extra tank space is for carrying beer :niceone:

Could be 10.5l + reserve (http://www.motorbikes.be/en/Suzuki/1988/LS%20650%20Savage%20/)

Doesn't matter what size it's supposed to be.

Who can get a tank to hold what it's meant to?
I have got a tank as empty as it can go, though. And the carbs. And lines.

Phark, bikes are heavy when you have to push them to the service station in full bike-riding clobber....

I believe the savage came with an american measure tank (to go with the speedo) so is actually about 11.5 ltrs incl reserve. should get you around 220km. i had one years ago and it did ok until the hills came along. lol
