:crybaby: Leaving the lights in Panmure this afternoon, I was behind this nice red BMW car. Lights went green we all went........ Then a car backs out fast from a car park not looking for traffic. BMW has to brake fast so do I..... cut a long story short I had to drop my bike so I dont end up in the rear of the BMW. car that pulled out and leaves everyone including BMW driver jumps over to help me but no one sees rego of veh that has gone.
End story: Helpfull people.
Me lost pride, sore back (twisted it) and damaged to my fairing:(
At least no damage to BMW. I was very impressed with the help I got though.
Question? I have the piece of fairing thats come off and I have a few cracks now::mad: Can I hot glue them or what should I do.
Man I am pissed off. At least no one was hurt.

ya never have to drop it ;)
The car that left, was it backing out of a carpark or from a house/driveway?

If it was backing out of the shopping carparks, you could figure out which shop is was parked infront of - sometimes security cameras catch the oddest things......... (even tho its inside a shop, sometimes you can see whats going on outside as well.)

Man, that blows! Yeah, the plastic welding is the way to go. Ask at your local friendly bike shop and if they don't do it, they'll point you in the right direction.

I am talking about Panmure shops if there were any camreas they would likly get pinched.
its thos angle parks on the main road. In that location I have in the past been very weary on being in the left lane for that excate reason.
Just had a nice long soak in the bath with the wife feel a lot better now.
Just got to look where to go to get it fixed now.
