Sully one got the old brain matter going when he started a thread earlier tonight about snakes, particularly snakes eating eating people. I remembered an email floating around a few years back, some of you no doubt got it, for those that didn't.
Be warned, a pretty grissly set of pics, safe for work but still pretty gnarly...
Apparently 3 lads were havin a wee kip in the forest (as ya do), 2 woke up to see a snake laying there with a rather full belly but they were minus one musketeer........

oooo snakes are creeeeeeepy. Imagine having one as a pet...according to many they regularly measure their owners to determine whether they are large enough yet to eat you.....
I lived in singapore for a while and to 'educate' us all when we first arrived they took us in to see their pet boa Monty. They had had him since he was tiny and he was from memory 5+ metres long, they always managed to time the new arrival visits for feeding time....Monty got a live chook and some rats and what not...slow and awesome process but farkin gave me the willies :crybaby:

Reminds of the joke about the bloke in the outback with the flash Lacoste sleeping bag...
But unfortunately snopes (http://www.snopes.com/horrors/animals/anaconda.asp) is again your friend.
Snakes can't actually eat people because they start from the head end and our shoulders are too wide too suddenly - they need a smoother transition to work their jaws around.

Hey Patch, share with us some of the folksy financial wisdom from down on the farm :corn:
Bad idea those financial plans, who wants to take a holistic approach to finance??? What kind of moron would want to make his hard earned dollar go further?

Pics don't look doctored to me, im no expert on pic doctoring but be interesting to hear from someone who is. Remember that website is based around one thing & one thing only, so they do have an agenda.

haha exactly what I was thinking, the head part looked way too small even given that they can dislocate their jaw :gob:

Hmmm. On Sullys thread "Holy hell look out" http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/showthread.php?t=78406 - once that particular movie finishes, a number of other snake themed movies are listed. There's one there called "snake eats he ma"(?) and it shows a snake regurgitating a hippopotumus - small as hippos go but about the sidze of a smallish human.
Not a hippo - capybara - f*cking big hamster http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dAQWsVggiYA

the first 2 could be fotochopped, stretches like that are piss easy, the last one with half eaten dead child looks pretty legit it'd be hard to shop that with stock images, not impossible, but it'd be so hard that you might as well just get a snake to eat a child then take a real photo.
morals, laws and payment on the russian child market included in difficulty.

You REALLY thought this one through didn't ya Dave lol
But yeah that last shot from the little I know of photo haxing looks harder to fudge for sure, everything seems to line up well.
The other thing is that site revolves around "uncovering poppy cock" so they could just as easily call it a hoax to suit themselves.
