My business partner has inherited an "instant family" with his new partner including twin boys with Aspergers. He's done a fantastic job with these two boys and would now like to introduce them and their older brother to dirt bikes.
He is looking for one (or two) Suzuki JR80's in reasonable condition under $1000 to get the twins mobile. Any of you offroad boys know of anyone wanting to quit theirs? (yes I know there are some on trade me but these need to be cheap - he needs to get three bikes all up plus gear etc)

I hope you are able to find some good bikes for the boys as I think its a great idea.
I am sure there is plenty of guys here that have some old gear we could donate to get them up and riding
What age's/size are they?

Thanks grantman. I think the twins are 9, average height but quite slim.

Or they could save a bit of money - meet some of the locals and come up to Frosty's next track day for little people on November 16
Clicky here (http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/showthread.php?t=75137) for details... The little person concerned might not like bikes... and this would be a good first test...

Hi trumpy,
Since your close to Ham, give Michael a call at Supercross cycles www.sxcycles.co.nz
He is a good guy, who might know of something cheap.;)

XR100 are an awesome learner bike
XR70 are great if they are not confident as the power is really melow and no clutch
Frosty Kids Day is the way to go
my son & I will be there and they can try his XR70 if they wish
Cheers

I second the xr/crf100, great learning machine, more than happy to lend ours out to the "bigger" kids..... I'll try to bring it to Frosty's next kids day, if he wants it there, but I'm under considerable pressure to attend every MX within cooee of home.........
