so you sign up for a card that doesnt exist, to get a discount that hasnt been decided, to get cheap fuel from a supplier that hasnt come on board yet?

sounds backwards to me.

if an oil company was willing to discount its fuel, surely it would start its own member based discount scheme, not wait for some website that has 10000 members willing to "negotiate a great deal"?
