Hi gang,
Well, the weeds are rampant, the house is in dire need of a paint, hoovering needs to be done, sink is full of 3 day old dishes, got visitors coming tomorrow night... and do I give a fuck!! :pinch:
Went for a scratch instead. Up Waihi Hill, past Kuratau Turnoff, heading towards Taumarunui. Turned left at Manunui and took the back way to National Park. Stopped at BP National Park for usual pie, sandies, fizzy and magnum. A Ducati rider coming up from Wellies stopped to fill up and had a bit of a natter. He saw 3 HP, got stopped by 1 but was warned and let off (the jammie barstad).
Shot off and did a quick shoot up to Whakapapa Ski Fields (a few visitors up there).
After the 8,000k service the bike is going sweet. The virus it was suffering was due to a loose spark plug. Incorporated into service, no additional charge. ;)
I am rejuvenated. Ahhhhhhhh!!!!!! :headbang:

Yeah, Spannerman Chris Mitchell over in Taupo. But I took that little bit of advice like I viewed my 3 day old dishes. Don't worry, I've had previous helmets fall and crack before when I slapped em on the handlebar... I don't fucking learn.
:spudwhat:
Why you got a helmet deal going on? ;)

Aye, aye Capn! :niceone:
Go North this time I think. Not too sure where. Just point the nose and twist the wrist. I'll take the spirit capturer too. Ever since the Tsunami disaster occurred, any excuses I may have had for not getting off my butt to do things (bar the dishes, the vacuuming, the weeding, the painting, the laundry (which reminds me new underwear... :devil2: :done: ), the {insert your own word here} just went down the shitter. I know I can't solve the world's probs so my own koha through Telecom and the occasional thought about the victims now and then... the rest of the time I honour those victims by not squandering my own time which I treasure by doing something I really enjoy... striding my ride and hitting the road. I really dig it!! :headbang:

Ride while the sun is here, the hoovering and laundry is not the most important priority, the dirty dishes should be arranged on the lawn and washed down with the garden hose (or pressure cleaner), then time for riding again!

Take that horrible bike, and your riding stories, and get lost... :killingme
I swear, I've had 2 signs I should buy a buell. 1, went to see Blade Trinity, and he was riding one. 2, read about some lucky schmuck (not at work) who is riding the bike I want to buy. When no. 3 comes along, I'm going to shuffle finances, and buy the fucker!!! (Prob the 900, as I'll be keeping my current bike as my hooning mobile).

Lovely piccies Ching, you live by some great roads.
Who was the Wgtn Ducati guy? Not a red 916? Did you ask if he knew me? :innocent:
I'd give the visitors fish'n'chips. Or else take them to Valentinos. Stuff the dishes.
I like your philosophy re the tsunami.

Sorry Lynda I actually assumed he was from there (anyone coming up from Sth I automatically assume they're from the Windy City and they're trying to take over the country). He was striding a red ST model (not exactly sure which one). Couldn't talk much he was rearin to go with his helmet on.

Well left at about 9am and shot over to the Mount via Rotorua today. Haven't been over there for ages. Wow, meke weather, beautiful tanned people everywhere, girls batting eyelids, guys strutting with watermelons under arms (haha), people just enjoying the sun. Managed to find a park and was answering a text when this car pulls into the spot next to me and fuck me he cuts off this old lady on a bicycle peddling the same way he was driving. She yells out a few stern words like "you old goat, you cut me off!!!" You can imagine the shock I felt when I heard her say that... such words... my sensitive ears aren't used to such language :buggerd:
Anyways, saw quite a few bikes cruising around the Mount as well. Now I know that hot weather = the tendency to discard essential protective riding gear but shit me!! singlets / tshirts, shorts and sneaks seemed to be the order of the day. Hope none of them had an off today.
Seems rear tyre has sustained a puncture... time to call Chris Mitchell on Monday.
BTW how was your fullas / fullasses day 2day? :mobile:

Not bad, a little slow in fact, issued 5 tickets and 3 summonses and went to the Southie (pub) for 4 hours and never got into a fight. :Pokey:
Sad part was I never got time to ride my bike.
