Any new or recent Morini owners care to comment on reliability and thoughts on the bike?
Thanks, Gary

I owned one of the first corsaro's that came into the country. Great bike while i had it with heaps of low down grunt and cool looks. Ended up selling it to my brother but unfortunatly for him it shit itself big time on the Rimataka's. Lucky he looked in his mirror before the next corner and saw a plume of blue smoke. He quickly pulled over to find oil from one end of bike to the other.
It was off the road for 3 months or so why they re-built top end. All sorts of excuses from the dealer but we will never no exactly what the fault was. Needless to say he got rid of it soon as it was fixed.
I put a set of termis and ecu on it but it was a hard starter and injection was quirky to say the least. I like to think that the 08 models have had the quirks sorted. Good luck!!

I'd be concerned about the availibility of spares long term if you intended to keep it.

Allan,
do you say that thinking the factory won't produce for long? I haven't heard how they are selling outside Europe, but there seems to be some demand there. However I'm getting the feeling they aren't selling that well here, which may mean the dealers will drop the line, is that your opinion?

Italians are known to make good looking, stylish, and fast bikes (and cars).......
For reliability in both build and parts supply however you unfortunately have to go German......
