so i posted a thread a few days ago..

http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/showthread.php?t=79099

i phoned trade me, they suggested i seek legal advice... great thanks!!

so im thinking there must be more people here witht the same issues, im wondering if we get enough people, we set up a trademe, type (pain in the arse bidders)
this would consist of 30 to 50 or so bidders that just phantom bid to fuck up someone that has fucked someone over, so it would have to be moderated, probably not someone like me, cos i throw my toys out of the cot,
it would have to be done legally as well, and i have to get my head around it, as they say if you bid on something you are legally oblidged to buy it, so ill do some homework on it,
it would get trade me to buck up their ideas a bit i think, (again it would have to be done in a legal way,)

any suggestions or do you think its not worth it..???

Trademe are never going to get involved - thats not their business.

You have a few options (being legal) - but for such a little amount of money its not worth it.

So give the guy a red rep - write a reasonable comment with it so you dont come across as a dangerous bastard who has lost the plot.

Build a bridge - get over it.

Its all part of the joy of shopping over the inter-web.

So you would travel 1/2 the country to 'smash shit up' because the gazebo was the wrong colour.

You really shouldn't post when your drinking. I henceforth nominate you for keyboard warrior.

Seems like a perfectly reasonable reaction to me.

If they legalised beating the fuck out of people who rip you off, we'd have a lot less dishonesty offences commited in this country!

And we would be clocking up a lot more frequent flyer points as well.

A couple of years ago, I got ripped off on TM. I phoned them, and they refused to assist, woudn't even release the contact details of the b*stard involved.

I started www.tradertracker.co.nz as a site where you could go and leave contact details for yourself, so other traders could contact you without having to go through trademe.

It also had a forum where you could warn of other traders, and leave their contact detals if you knew them.

Tradertracker only ever attacted small support, so I dumped it several years ago.

Is it time it was re-visited ? Its actually still alive and would just need the url paid up.
