thanks cr125nz hes not exactly a child.. hes 24.. but he had just had a major crash flooded his bike had to change the plug and had just restarted his bike when this wanker came flying through kicked him and his bike over and took off his bike then flooded a second time and he had a hell of a job getting it started, oh yeah this was his first organised trail ride, but even so he still enjoyed it and will be back and so will i and the rest of the boys, im just glad it wasnt some little kid that wanker kicked over
GREAT DAY, WELL ORGANISED, NICE PEOPLE with the exception of one

Was a great day allright - apparently there were 3 neck injuries and 2 collar bone breaks - I saw one guy getting up after his off he was from Hamilton - broken collar bone and wrist I think - he looked sore anyhow.
That pumice lets you use a lot more power on those berms. We rode all trails twice. Theyve organised another one called Pumice Blast - in the Waimihia Forest on SH5. Cant wait.

You're not wrong about hitting those berms hard. Didn't really matter how fast you hit the corner, you could jsut run up the berm and round!
Mmmm not good to hear about or even see those ones that came off and hurt themselves so bad. Nature of the sport I guess and it's sad to say but you almost need to see those things sometimes to slow yourself down a bit and give you a bit of reality (I know I certainly slow down a bit when I see something like that).
Hopefully those that fell off and have injured themselves will be able to recover fully

2nd that my friend. Was going to shell out on some knee braces due to my injury but I would rather have bung legs than spinal/neck injuries. rather have neither actually but you get the drift
