Hi All,

Looking at TTR's and am wondering what people would generally expect to pay/receive for a 1993/94 TTR-250, good condition, Reg, Wof with high km's.

I know 250's are slightly overvalued at the moment but I don't want to contribute to the problem either.

Cheers

$1.50?

At that age it's all dependant on condition, maintenance and kms but remember they are a little motor and high kms mean the end is closer. Suspension may well be shot as well.

Inspect, ride and offer as low as possible without insulting too much.....

Nice little bikes :Punk:

Thanks,

I'm definately concerned about the milage and things like the starter motor which I'd imaging costs a fortune to fix/replace if the s/motor gears are half poked.

Bike looks tidy but I guess I'm also a little concerned that it's had new tyres and a service and then sold off. Maybe I've got a suspicious mind but can't help thinking the guy might've been told to get rid of it.

With good care, what sort of life (km) could you expect to get from one of those engines before a rebuild (rough guess)?

Bike's listed at $2300. I'm well out of touch with current prices so I wouldn't know if thats high or expected.
