11,00km - Quicker than CBR250 to 100km/h apparently she says
Looks like she wants to do a straight swap.

I think I'll decline ;)

You should at least test ride one Ant.
For a private sale, she should get $2500 - $2800 I recken.
You can get nice ones for around $2000, but not at 1100kms!
It will be interesting to see how much that NSR250 goes for.:)

It's not the bike for me though, just a bit too ugly and loud for me.

yeah but thats the whole point in Whangarei. You get in this state of mind where ur so relaxed that you don't actually need any more power.
I used to live in Gisborne and all you need down there is a 50cc scooter.

come on Andrew... all any of us NEEDS is a 150 stroker or 250cc machine (excl. maybe blokes like Bigdog!) It's all about what we WANT!

Some want it green, some want a rumbly V-Twin, some want a jappa Missile and some people inexpicably want harleys.

We all just have to find the balance between want and wallet :)
