Motueka camping?

I am considering booking in for a couple of weeks at Fernwood holiday camp in Motueka, the rates seem reasonable. can anyone give me a review of the place, I don't want to wind up in a transient workers slum or something....

mot hasnt got its mcdonalds built yet so there is only kfc.
fernwood park it a the snobs end of town so ull be ok
not far from the cop shop as well

most of the hippys are living on baches on the orchards etc

nope, its just nice and central for exploring,has a beach, not too far to go to anywhere, cheaper than nelson, quieter too(why go camping in the city?) we had thought about mapua(even went and checked it out) but the rates are almost double those of fernwood......
