i need some help on how to get the power valves out and put them back in.
can anyone help??

If you click User CP at the top of the page, under 'Latest Reputation Recieved', you'll see where I've sent you a link to the manual. It's a 22mb rar file, so will take a few minutes to download. Unrar it with winrar (http://www.rarlab.com/) and you'll see 10 or 12 pdfs, one on each section. The power valves are pretty well explained in there iirc. Also visit rgv250.co.uk, plenty of info on the forums.
