Only had the bike a few weeks and it looks like new tyres are imminent, currently running Maxxis, Supermaxx radials, previous Bike was a Bandit 1200 on BT104's they were pretty good but I did'nt have the bike that long after they were fitted to take note. My riding is generally weekend stuff and a fair bit of long distance, don't need a race tyre but want some longevity too. I've heard the BT-015 is a good tyre on the '08 Hayabusa, mines an '06 , cheers

Maybe I was a being a little cryptic, just wondering if the Maxxis tyres are worth a re-booting or......the Bike's an 06 Hayabusa maybe tell me the tyres to steer clear of , I value my wallet and more, my life ...rubber to the road. But not too much ....

Hey, is the 'busa a good bike for compfort on long trips for rider and passenger? Are you finding your tires chew out fast? My dad is after one to test ride. The r1 isn't very passenger friendly for my mum!

My lady and I used to tour on a naked Bandit 1200, she loved that but the 'Busa is even better, we can go for twice as long before the bum-ache sets in
