no
water
Must just be my positive outlook I guess....water is still sunshine....
yod
22nd August 2008, 08:59
no, it's not
sunshine is light, a consequence of the enormous flaming ball of gas that is the sun, thats why they call it sun-shine
water is H2O, manifested as rain by evaporation, condensation, precipitation, etc, it's wet and generally cold
carry on

About time too. The whole "raining every single day without fail" routine was starting to become slightly old.

Same here. Rode to work, got wet. Beautiful all day. Rode home, started raining not long after I left the city.
Still, the worst day riding is still better than the best day driving.

Blaaaardy feels like it !
Last ride was in the worst weather i ridden in for a while and that was 8 weeks ago, found a flat rear tyre next day, quick pump and ride down to the bike shop to leave it with em overnight for a new tyre fitting 7 weeks 48 hrs ago and pinged at a checkpoint for no seatbelt on way to pick it up !
The Chap with the silly grin on his face said *Ya new this was comming aye* as he handed me that bit of paper that said i wasn't to operate a vehical for 3 months from that date !
And that sucks too lol 3 months = 12 weeks you'd think, ohhhhh no 3 months over july, aug, sept = 13 fuggin weeks !
I am in penance ! SIGH

Dude that sucks. A trumpy should not be dormant for so long.
So you have 6 weeks to go eh? Well at this rate it might have stopped blardy raining by then.
Good for you for not breaking the law again by breaking your driving ban. It amazes me how many people I know who think nothing of driving whilst disqualified.
+1 for ya
oh and being a monk...nah mate, sucks to wear brown all day, and you dont get err... you know...lucky

Nah thats why, when i went down the shop the other week to shove em a couple hundy off my bill, i threw them the keys ! (nice to have the tyre scrubbed in as well)
tis the one in the pic thats been dormant as ya can see by the fact it's now a shelf ! Aint i good ? (insert angel here) And taking into account iv'e neglected it since i picked up another in march
Got to stop starting it there, in my drunkin states (woke up last time feeling like i'd gone down on an exhaust pipe)
Never thought i'd say this but, cant wait for the sun to farrk off again. 3 days of sun in the past 7 wks has made being a hermit easy (considering i'm lucky and couldn't class it as being monkly) but it can rain anytime it likes about now !
Whats wrong with brown ?

I have to agree i managed to add another 2 k on my walk this morning and after missing so many of my walks lately is was very refreashing. Now i'm going to have a soak in the bath as my legs are feeling it.
