Yes, It took me 12 years :gob: , but I finally pulled finger, and got my full licence today, test was about 25k's worth of riding, with the tester behind me using their turn signals to tell me what way to go!
Had to share :-) :scooter:

It was actually 12 years on learners, 6 months on restricted - I wasn't gonna pay any more than necessary, back when I got my learners it was around $100 to do all three tests, it cost me over $200 just for the restricted and full!
Originally I was planning on getting my learners, then waiting until I turned 25, so I could skip the restricted phase, and get my full without a test, but then they changed that so it didn't matter how old you were - bastards...

It's a great feeling isn't it! And you always anticipate it as being really hard, but it turns out to be a breeze!
Remeber that, all you about to sit a test in the future...

The motivation really started to come to me when I checked up on the current fines for carrying a pillion, not displaying a 'L' plate, and riding out of hours all added up to a whole bunch of $$$
And the best part is that now whenever I get pulled over by a cop in one of our cars, he doesn't start writing out a ticket for driving on a learners before I get to explain to him that I have a full car licence but it's coloured at the lowest licence that you have...
I'm still well chuffed, ownership papers for my new bike came through today as well, I took the wife out on the YZF and she gave the pillion seat the big thumbs up, rating it highly over the CBR.

OK then. Please don't make me pay to look though. That would just be sad.

What is up with that eh?! Why should you have to explain?! They have eyes, they should know what the numbers 1 and 6 mean...Why don't they check?! I mean on the card it clearly states whether or not you have your full licence or not..."but the colour is blue" so F'n what the text is black. READ IT!!!
sorry, have seen this happen loads of times, have some issuses to get over
