Hi,
Looking for a recommendation on expansion chambers for my scooter. Looking to either import (from the states) or buy in NZ an expansion chamber, country of purchase will depend on $$ difference. I'm unsure as to which pipe to get (either MRP, Technigas, Hebo or Malossi). Are all pipes created eual or does one pipe perform better than the rest, price is also a factor. Also does the fitting of an expansion chamber increase noise output?
thanks

I've got a TGB R50X, 50cc, 2stroke. I've looked at sip-scootershop.com along with the Martin Performace Racing webpage and a range of other pages. I think if i do import i'll bring it in from USA as the kiwi dollar is still relatively strong against the green back. I'm tending towards this pipe http://www.ns4l.com/product_info.php?cPath=7_14&products_id=53 However, if there is a shop in NZ that supply them cheaper then i would go for that option. It would be good to hear from those out there that know a thing or too about expansion chambers and tunning/modding 2 strokes
