Not being a web guy - I was hoping for something more WYSIWYG

:-) Sorry man

I'm not a web guy either but most WYSIWYG editors produce such bloated code it makes baby jesus cry, and its always good to understand basic html.

Those 14.4 modems blow huh.

Yer right that it's good to learn what html does - but you can learn that from a wysiwyg as well. Then tidy it up.

Mozilla used to be the easiest - it came free with Netscape once - can't seem to spot it now though Tank.

SubEthaEdit was good as it coloured the code and was free. Not any more.

There are two WYSIWYG editors for the Mac that I know of and both were crap IMHO. They might be what you're looking for.

Try www.versiontracker.com it's always a good start. You can see what others think of it too.

Depending on your ethics there's also always www.piratebay.org

Apparently free software can be found there. :shifty:
