Good on the Cops but "Justice" that's another thing all together? :oi-grr:

It will be interesting to see just what he gets?

Good luck with getting your bike back in good order though. Cheers, John.

Not to fused bout the bike i was paid out although would be good ( i would have to buy it back from the insurance Co) Just as long as he get a decent amount of time 30 odd charges hopefully adds up to a bit givin it not the 1st time from what i understand.

Good to hear a bastard thief has been caught. But justice? Not in this country. Not until judges have the balls to give real sentences. Consecutive terms.

Hey can you post his name and court appearance details? It might be nice to show up en masse for some moral support. Let the lowlife understand it was NOT unnoticed, and give the prosecution a chance to push home the importance of the issue.

I understand it can sometime have an impact on the sentencing too... :niceone:

I think its specifically banned in one of the later amendments to the Geneva Convention. Its like a very closely targeted biological weapon.

thats quite a while to try not to drop the soap.

Mind you by the look of his picture with your bike it looks like he'd probably be the one hanging around the showers waiting for someone to drop the soap. Something about a man wearing a leather waistcoat thats a bit suspect.

Nah, good one you for taking the time out to go. Many would not want to come face to face and point the finger, but if we don't they carry on being a pain in the arse.

well just had call dont need to go and attend court.
He (asshole paul wank stain david guy fuck nuckle) pleaded guilty
When asked where the bike was he stated he dosnt remember what happened to it (which to me means he still has it just dosnt want to give it up cause others would go down as well)
Any sentencing is in two weeks.
As for the other who asked bout some of the other bike that have gone missing Rob (cop involved) has checked and asked around and has come up with nothing new for you sorry.

do you know the guys name, its not that hard to track him down if you do, or is that taking it too far, he'll probably end up with 200 hrs community service.

i was thinking a nice letter to him once he is in prison would be nice we could all sign it for him. It would be like fan mail reversed.

Will probably be found guilty for one crime and have the other 29 taken into account when sentenced.

All sentences to be run concurrently.

PD a big probability as he will prove that he comes from a disadvantaged childhood.

It will be society's fault he has had to resort to thievery as we havent given him the opportunity to develop his potential in a more socially acceptable manner, therefore we shouldnt punish him but once again take the guilt of his actions upon our shoulders.
