My how times have changed. That's probably the last time we will ever get to see a workers' co-op purchase a vehicle manufacturer. Which is a shame really.

Interesting stuff, thanks for posting Matt. Ironical that now Triumph can't produce enough bikes to meet demand even with plants in Thailand.

The ultimate aim of a Union...to form a Co-op.Not that I'm against that,it was bloody exiting at the time - locking out the management and taking control!

Anyone who has run a struggling business that needs injection of unavailable funds would know what they were going through.It's alright to sit back and say ''They should of...'',but try actually being there,it was a hopeless case.
