A motorcycle club has been banned from – of all things – a GARLIC festival! After eight years of arguing, an appeal court has upheld the city of Gilroy’s right to ban the Top Hatter Motorcycle club because their outfits violate a ban on clothing that could be “associated with gangs”.

Gilroy – known as the “Garlic Capital of America” – holds the festival dedicated to its major product annually, attracting around 100,000 visitors.
