Conjoined twins walk into a pub in Chicago, push two bar stools close
together, and sit down.

One of them says to the bartender, "Don't mind us, we're joined at the
hip. I'm John. He's Jim. Two Budweisers please."

The bartender, feeling slightly awkward, tries to make polite
conversation while pouring the beers. "Been on holiday yet, guys?"

"Off to England next month," says John. "We go to England every year,
hire a car, and drive for miles. We drive everywhere."

"Ah, England!" says the bartender. "A wonderful country ... the
history ... the culture .. the beer ..."

"Nah," says John. "We hate that warm British stuff they call beer.
We'll take hamburgers & Budweisers any time. And we can't stand
the English people. They're so arrogant and rude. And then there's
that ridiculous royal family, so full of themselves.

"So why keep going to England?" asks the bartender.

"It's the only chance Jim gets to drive."

There are actually a lot more countries that drive on the 'correct' side of the road y'know. The Americans only changed to annoy the Brits when they won their war of Independence. The Mainland Europeans only changed because they all got their arses kicked by left handed Napoleon.
Japan, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Malta, Ireland and India all drive on the correct side of the road....you catch my drift.
