I did it last year and am tempted to do it again this year. We had Dennis Charlett and Hayden Bool and (I think Johnny Hepburn? another guy) as instructors.
Very very worthwhile and cheap as chips too. lots of track time, lots of "follow me" (and they go slow enough you can keep up....) lots of talk about apexing, brake points and whatnot. I used to get completely buggered up on the first right hander after the sweeper because I was going into it too fast and on the right hand side of the track. If you go slightly slower and waaaaay left, suddenly you exit the corner set up for the next one, and the two after that (the infield roundabout). If I got nothing else out of the day, I learnt that. I'm still as slow as a wet week in wetville, but really useful.
Oh, and the braking drills are entertaining. I managed to lock my front wheel at about 80kph (due to not following instructions). didnt fall off though but did raise my heart rate somewhat.
Definitely go, its well worth it. And its great that some genuine fast guys go out of their way to give something back.
