I've just got a TF125 and would like a manual for it. I can only find manuals for TS125s. Does anyone out there know if these bikes are the same, similar, or not related at all?
I am not sure of the year. It was suggested it may be a 1997. The first letter after TF125 is Y. Also, would anyone know if that reveals the year?
Many thanks for your help. I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who owns or has owned one.

the TF125 and TS125 motors are all the same, some of the running gear is the different tho, might be able to source a TF125 manuel, what parts are you looking for?
TF125's do not go to many places in the world, i think it might be jsut down to NZ now,

Thank you, scott411! That is most helpful. I would like a TF manual if you can get one.
PM or whatever if you need more details. Thanks again.

TF has different gear ratios doesn't it?
Aren't there other differences too?

Thanks for the comments about gear ratios and porting. I'll bear them in mind.
I've been a sport bike rider my entire life. Never ridden off road before now. This whole 2 stroke low gear stuff is so alien, it is a very different branch of motorcycling.
Anyhoo, I do appreciate the input.

Hiya
I currently have a TF 125 which is unregisterable due to having no documents- but a local shop has a TS 50 for sale - now can I drop the TF engine straight intro the TS frame? I used to have a TS 100 which suited me fine being a shorty! The TF is a bit of a heavy brute but if I can get it's engine into the TS 50 ....
