Righteho .... I have a mate who has a mate who is filming a video in WELLINGTON this weekend.

They want motorcycle riders .. for this video ... this requires a little bit of committment turn up saturday .. get schedule ... bugger off ... turn up according to schedule .... (that means being on standby for sat and sun) ... and riding around a carpark building .... there is places for all .. including young/old and stunters ... bike size is not a major concern ... but it should look good on film ... (e.g. ginnies might not look too hot) .... bigger bikes might be he the preference but beggers can't be choosers ... with leathers, can wear codura if you want etc. ....

They anitcipate filming is to be one shot on the sunday ....

IT WILL BE AWESOME!!!

If you want to participate contact me (pm is fine) or shahir.daud@gmail.com ... what a bloody great opportunity.

I'd be interested to know which parking building....the surfaces in some of the Welly ones are SHE-ITE and with the state of my rubber I wouldn't probably go for it...though the slicks on the Sled are good  it probably ain't purdy looking enough though

Nasty is down there now and if anyone else would like to be a star, they are still looking for more bikes. They'd like you to go there this morning to get the plan with shooting tomorrow. They'll be there all day.

You will be riding for the camera individually and as a group with choreographed moves.

It's all taking place in the car parking building above Arbuckles on the corner of Stout and Whitmore Streets (opposite corner to the district court)

What an awesome day .... filled with lots of very slow formation riding ... 7 of us there and they loved the formations and decided to use us in another scene as well ... so any others who want to come we are on again tomorrow ... starting at 10 am (negotiated a late start) ... going quite late ... at the arbuckles building on Stout street .. in the wilsons carpark ... (bring a book)

We can always fit in another bike .. or three etc etc

Here is another shot taken earlier in the day, you can see a freestyle bmxer over the top of the ramp in the background.

The video had rappers, dancers, bikes, bmxers, kick boxers, weightlifters, parkour guys, bar flair dude, basketballers and small children.

The video was shot in one take walking up the carpark building access ramps.

Shot in HD using a steadycam, it'll be interesting to see it finished.

Lots more photos of the weekend here:

http://percieve.co.nz/pics-from-gigs/album/72157607366491657/Percieve__Whoa_remix_video_shoot.html

There is no real indication of what the final product will look like, as the photog didn't take shots of the shoot itself (which was in the evening), only the practice during the day.
