Wigram/Hornby Area
Got space that isn't getting used so I am willing to rent out a room. Possibly two rooms if it is to be used as a study.
Room is 3.3 meters by 2.7 meters with a large in wall closet, nice large window in the room that lights the room up and looks out onto the front yard.
Garaged parking for bikes, fairly quiet street so cars can be parked out on the road. Quiet neighbors.
Close to bus stops, lots of shops around including The Hub Hornby mall - all in walking distance. Several pubs nearby.
Two floor property, good size kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and fridge etc. Washing machine, cloths line etc also here.
Large living room with seating for about 12 people
Front and back yard.
Living with me - the home owner. I'm fairly quiet except usually have rock music playing quietly when I'm home, and the occasional loud swearing when working on my bike in the garage.
Prefer non smoker and no pets. Fairly quiet is also good, as I work odd hours and either sleep in morning or early evening. Someone studying full time or working full time also good.
Shared cleaning responsibilities, cook your own meals.
Love for bikes a big bonus (or you will end up getting sick of all the bikes coming and going over the weekend lol).
