You would think so if someone managed to kill themselves by riding into a ditch, yet the bike was able to be ridden away. This did happen in the US I presume?

chances are that the newspaper has highlighted it, and he rode off on a bike that was lying on the side of the road, ... no rider in sight maybe..strange that a car full drove away..

A whole generation thats got no empathy for anybody but themselves.
No brains, no balls, gutless wimps that should have their necks stood on till they stop breathing.:brick::brick:Rant over.

Yeah, we just have to get out there and give them what they deserve!
The guys who stole the bike (clearly a group effort) don't deserve to live.

There are plenty of ways to die after being thrown from a bike, leaving the bike still rideable. Broken neck, internal injuries etc. There is no evidence that the rider wasn't wearing a helmet.

It happened near Hamilton, Ontario (Canada).

If there was a car-load of people, hopefully one of them will feel bad enough about it to own up to the police.

What an awful thing for the rider's family to know that someone left their loved one to die in a ditch while they stole his bike.

Sounds like Canada to me.

I'm sorry to say this reminded me of an incident in the US many years ago. Someone threw a concrete block off a highway overbridge. It crashed through a car windscreen and into a lady's face.

She crashed her car, and was badly injured, bleeding, and blinded. A good samaritan stopped at the scene of the crash...

dragged her into nearby bushes and raped her.

I heard her interviewed on radio many years later- still totally blind but a true battler.

So although I wish people could not get any more despicable, I fear it is only a matter of time before another gruesome story proves that there seems to be no bottom level beyond which people will not descend.

Holy shit! Thats the worst bike theft news I've ever heard!

Fuk imagine you were the guy lying dying........

.......How pathetic/ wretched/ dire/ calamitous/ horrendous is that?!?!

Well on the other hand I thought, "didn't the guy took the bike to find some help??" Well not till I read this part...

An SUV with several people inside stopped, and one man got out and stole the motorcycle.

And how far we sunk... this is heart breaking, it saddens me and saddens me even more that there are even more people out there who do that. To treat someone in a human way means to be respected, to be cared for, to be liked. Right now with all these things happening around us the word "human" hardly means that anymore. This is not right, and shameful, not only to that person but to everyone around them too, as they too will carry some of the blame with them up until they die. Its funny how life is, for some like Nelson Mandela its to make the world a better place but it seems for every 1 good deed there are 5 bad ones ready to cancel it out. This is not right, and my heart goes out to that family.

heres a story which might raise everyones spirits a little.

the bloke next door had his fairly new bike stolen. Guys also took one of his vehicles.
Guy who stole his bike lost control and shreaded himself on a fence. He died. I laughed.

If I ever meet god.... im gonna give him a high five.

Man, that is disgusting - though sadly I have to say not much truly surprises me these days about people.
I guess the real surprise nowadays is when you meet someone genuinely nice. <_<

These days there are so many people out there that just don't have a conscience - you don't want to call them human neither do you want to insult animals and call them that. The depths of deprivation surrounding us today is becoming commonplace. Is it too much bloody PC, lack of values, respect, in all areas of society not just the family. I have never had children but hell if a child of mine behaved like those in the SUV - I would hate to think I gave birth to something like that. I'm not saying you can always blame the parents - you can't some just turn out bad eggs despite the best family life.

What people are capable of is amazing for sure but thank god that people are not so bad on the whole, Oh some are for sure, as witnessed, but then that one example Vs the dozens here alone who obviously hold higher standards.

We live in a garden... Just need to do some weeding from time to time :2guns:
