On the 20th Oct it will be one year since Dan died on the southern motorway, His mum, sister and myself will be doing a ride to put flowers at the side of the road where it happened, if any one wants to join in the run we can meet up before doings so, due to traffic, we thought it best later on in the evening of the 20th.

all those who wish to join in PM me.

to the mods, sorry if you think this is in the wrong section , you can easily move it.

I have had a few people request that we meet up at the Auto Bann on the Southern motorway about 8.30PM on the 20th Oct before riding up to the accident spot to put our flowers, if you are coming on the ride it would pay to have a padock puk or a squashed coke or beer can as the bikes can be taken onto the grass area well off the motorway, that way you will not be stopped on the motorway or the breakdown lane when we pay our respects.

let us know if you are happy with this idea.

Hello Welshwizard,

Sorry I wont be able to attend as I'm not in the country.

Remember the rides we used to go on with Dan, Felix, Allan and I...

Remember the first time he got his gixxer thou, Spankme, him and I went for a ride around the Coro Loop.

Then remember coming over to check out his crazy slashcut exhaust a few weeks later.

I still feel like crap, good luck getting through the blackness mate.

Meet up at the Auto Bann on the Southern motorway about 8.00PM on the 20th Oct at , 8.30PM leave to goto crash site to put flowers, afterwards we will be going into Auckland to the 24 hr cafe for a coffee, as its the motorway with WRB's along a large length of it we will be sticky to the 80kph minimum speed limit.

NB
If you are coming on the ride it would pay to have a padock puck or a squashed coke or beer can as the bikes can be taken onto the grass area well off the motorway, that way you will not be stopped on the motorway or the breakdown lane when we pay our respects.
