Cleaning on VL250

Hi lads n lasses,
I have a Suzuki VL250 intruder which has a lot of 'Chrome' look plastic attached. Anyone have any tips on the best way to clean this and also if there are any good scratch restoration / cover up tips.

Try the Mother's range of auto cleaners. Very good, I believe,

Yeah Mothers or Meguires have excellent products although the Meguires bottles are brittle and can split. Turtlewax Ice is apparently good, but I haven't tried it yet.
