I had fun doing it up and it was a good cheap intro to two wheels...
At the time I was undecided if I should fork out more than $5K for a bike, as I had no idea if it was safe, or if I'd get my undies drenched every 2nd day in Auckland weather e.t.c...and had no licence...

If I had a big garage and loads of cash, I would definitely hang on to it for a fun project... having a go at a big bore upgrade e.t.c...
