According to one of South Australia’s top police officers, anti-gang laws used there could be applied to New Zealand.

Soooooo...
People spreading gravel on corners of sealed roads could be "declared" 'cause they're part of a "gang" and "risk to public safety".

Good - about time... maybe we will even get a justice system that punishes the criminal and supports the victims, sentences that reflect the level of the crime, less priviliges to criminals in jail and... ooohh, peace on earth and goodwill to all mankind. Pfffffft
Will believe it when I see it... NZ is too soft to implement decent laws that protect the innocent and deter the criminals.

Wont apply to the black power cos they have a claim in the waitangi tribunal so they will say nooooo were a tribe not a gang judge:whistle:
