Just fix my bike and flu almost totally eliminated, so it's time for a ride for me!
Might go around by wellsford etc...about lunchtime or so.

Sorry Zapf..as sometimes everything goes wrong in the same time/ i just hurt muscles in my arm and cant move it too much :(((
