mini mx racing rule?

my boy has a ktm 50 and the cupped washer clutch is a bit of maintanence i see on TM there is a totally different type of clutch setup for sale.
but before i buy it i want to see if it is legal for racing use.
I know on ktm talk they are not allowed in racing.
any help appreciated

as far as i know it is not allowed, only the list of mods in the rule book are allowed, if is not mentioned, then it is not allowed
